A game of chance in which each person who completes the Chery Stockman survey in full during the Promotional Period receives one entry into a random draw for one of six prizes. Eligibility Residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the date of entry who received an invitation to the survey from the Promoter. Employees, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, its authorised dealers, and any agency associated with the Promotion are ineligible. Entry Procedure Complete every mandatory question in the survey and submit it before the close of the Promotional Period, including the entrant's full name, email address, State or Territory of residence, confirmation that the entrant is 18 or over, and acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Winner Notification & Announcement Each winner will be notified by email to the address given in their entry within two (2) business days of the draw. The first name, surname initial and State or Territory of each winner will be published at https://cherymotor.com.au/news from 5:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 21 October 2026 for a period of not less than 28 days. Prize Claim By 5:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 18 November 2026. Unclaimed Prize Redraw 12:00pm AEDT on Thursday 19 November 2026 at the address for the Draw, by the same method. Redraw winners will be notified within two (2) business days and must claim by 5:00pm AEDT on Thursday 26 November 2026. TERMS & CONDITIONS SCHEDULE These terms and the Promotion Outline together form the Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Conditions of Entry. Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and the Promotion Outline, the Promotion Outline prevails. Entry is open only to persons who meet the Eligibility criteria in the Promotion Outline. The Promoter may require an entrant or winner to provide proof of identity, age and residential address to its reasonable satisfaction, and may disqualify an entrant who fails to do so. The Promotion commences and closes at the times stated in the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed received when recorded as submitted by the Promoter's survey platform, and not when sent. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, delayed or not received for any reason. To enter, an entrant must complete the Entry Procedure in full. An incomplete survey, a partially completed survey, and a survey submitted after the close of the Promotional Period are each invalid and will not be entered into the draw. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter or to win. Each entrant may submit one entry. Where the Promoter reasonably determines that more than one entry has been submitted by the same person, only the first valid entry will be entered into the draw. The Promoter may disqualify an entry that it reasonably considers to be automated, duplicated, fraudulent, or submitted other than in accordance with the Conditions of Entry. An entrant must provide their full name, email address and State or Territory of residence, and must confirm that they are 18 years of age or over. These details are a condition of entry and are required to conduct the draw and to contact winners. An entry that omits any of them is invalid. The winners will be determined by random electronic draw from all valid entries at the date, time and place stated for the Draw. The Promotion is a game of chance and no element of skill is involved. Six separate entries will be drawn, and no entrant may win more than one prize. The Promoter will notify each winner by email to the address given in their entry within two business days of the draw, and will take all reasonable steps to identify and contact each winner. The Promoter is not responsible for a notification that is not received because of an incorrect, inactive or full email address, or because the notification is directed to a junk or spam folder. The Promoter will publish the results of the draw in accordance with the Winner Notification & Announcement row of the Promotion Outline. If, after taking all reasonable steps, the Promoter is unable to identify or contact a winner, the Promoter will publish that fact at the same location for the same period. A winner must claim their prize by the Prize Claim date by confirming their acceptance and their nominated email address for delivery of the gift card. The Promoter will issue the gift card within 28 days of a valid claim. If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim date, or the winner cannot be identified or contacted after the Promoter has taken all reasonable steps, the Promoter will conduct a redraw at the date, time and place stated in the Unclaimed Prize Redraw row, by the same method as the original draw, and will draw a further entry for each unclaimed prize. A winner drawn at the redraw must claim their prize by the date stated in that row, failing which the Promoter may deal with the prize as it sees fit, subject to clause 14. These Conditions of Entry govern how unclaimed prizes are dealt with, in place of any default statutory mechanism that would otherwise apply. The total prize pool for the Promotion is $3,000 (GST inclusive). No additional, consolation or runner-up prize will be awarded. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a similar prize of equal value, provided that no substitution will cause the total value of the prize pool to exceed A$3,000. Each gift card is issued by VISA and is subject to that issuer's terms and conditions of use. Each gift card will be valid for a period of not less than three years from the date it is supplied and will display its expiry date, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Once a gift card has been delivered to the winner's nominated email address, the Promoter is not responsible for its loss, theft, misuse or expiry. A prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each winner is responsible for any tax consequences arising from the receipt of a prize and should obtain independent advice. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, including to determine, contact and publish the winners, and to analyse survey responses. The Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://cherymotor.com.au/legal/privacy-policy, sets out how entrants may access or correct their personal information or make a complaint. The Promoter may disclose personal information to its related bodies corporate, its survey platform provider and the gift card issuer for those purposes, subject to the applicable law. Entries cannot be accepted without this information. Acceptance of these Conditions of Entry does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. An entrant may separately and optionally consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, and may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe facility in any such communication. Entry into the Promotion is not conditional on giving that consent. Survey responses will be used by the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for product planning, research and reporting purposes in a de-identified and aggregated form. To the extent permitted by law, and except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered in connection with the Promotion, a prize, or the use of a prize. The Promoter may, subject to any direction or approval required by the relevant State or Territory regulator, amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion where it is necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who it reasonably considers has tampered with the entry process or acted in breach of the Conditions of Entry. The Promoter will retain the records of the Promotion, including entry records and the results of the draw, for a period of five years. The Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales and each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
