Chery Australia is proud to announce it has joined forces with the New South Wales Police Force (NSWPF) to provide two loan vehicles for crime prevention activities.

The Tiggo 7 CSH and Tiggo 9 CSH will be used by the Burwood Crime Prevention Unit, for youth outreach, crime prevention initiatives and community engagement across NSW suburbs from Earlwood to Rhodes.

“These selfless men and women, work tirelessly to keep our streets safe and providing two support vehicles is the least we can do to say thank you."

Both SUVs feature Chery’s latest Super Hybrid technology, which allows for up 1200km of driving on a single charge and tank of fuel.

While the Tiggo 7 utilises a single electric motor and a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, the Tiggo 9 takes things to the next level with two additional electric motors, which results in a combined power figure of 315kW/580Nm.
