Chery has once again claimed the top spot in initial quality among Chinese domestic brands in the JD Power 2024 China Initial Quality Study (IQS) results, following its standout performance in 2023.

Chery has consistently ranked first among domestic brands in the J.D. Power 2024 China Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study, the J.D. Power 2024 China Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study, and the J.D. Power 2024 China Initial Quality Study (IQS).

This result demonstrates Chery's high-quality development with both solid sales and top-tier quality.

The study, now in its 25th year and in its fifth year of synchronously launching the new IQS platform in China and the United States, measures initial vehicle quality by examining problems experienced by new vehicle owners within the first two to six months of ownership.

Overall, initial quality is determined by problems cited per 100 vehicles (PP100). A lower score indicates fewer issues and higher quality.

The Chery TIGGO 7 Pro also excels, ranking first in the Midsize Economy SUV Segment in the J.D. Power 2024 China Initial Quality Study (IQS).

This achievement not only solidifies Chery's leadership in the Chinese automotive market but also showcases its strong capabilities and immense potential to the world.

With its extensive experience in automotive R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and customer service, the brand upholds rigorous standards and advanced production processes.

Chery focuses on the integration and synergy of traditional fuel and electric power, offering customised optimal solutions tailored to different needs. This approach has resulted in growth for both internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and new energy vehicles (NEV).

Chery brings fresh perspectives and unique insights into the future of automotive design and mobility. Through innovative design, Chery enhances the vehicle ownership experience, turning cars into a bridge that connects people with society and nature, ultimately creating a better living environment for humanity.
