Road Trip Ready Campaign Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period
The Road Trip Ready campaign is valid from 17 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (inclusive). Eligible bookings and services must be completed within this period.
Eligibility
- Available to retail customers only.
- Excludes fleet, government, rental, and commercial vehicles unless otherwise approved in writing by Chery Motor Australia.
- Applies to all eligible Chery vehicles (ICE, BEV, HEV) sold through authorised Chery dealers in.
Included Free Services
- A FREE 28-point vehicle health check performed by an authorised Chery service centre.
- A FREE software update check and installation, where available and applicable for the vehicle.
- The inspection covers key safety, maintenance, and holiday-preparedness items.
Consumables, Repairs & Additional Work
- Any parts, consumables, fluids, or repairs identified as necessary during the complimentary inspection are not included in the free offer.
- Customers will be provided with a quote before any additional work is carried out.
- No additional charges will be incurred unless the customer has provided explicit confirmation and approval.
Exclusions
- This campaign does not cover accident damage, insurance work, or wear-and-tear repairs outside the complimentary check.
- The free inspection is not a substitute for scheduled servicing. Customers must continue to follow manufacturer service schedules to maintain vehicle warranty coverage.
Booking & Availability
- Bookings are essential and subject to dealer workshop availability.
- Customers are encouraged to book early to secure a preferred time slot.
- Walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed.
Liability & Warranty
- The complimentary health check is a visual and functional inspection only and does not guarantee that all potential issues will be identified.
- Chery Motor Australia and participating dealers accept no liability for issues arising after the inspection unless directly related to dealer workmanship or existing warranty coverage.
- Standard vehicle warranty terms and conditions continue to apply.
General
- This offer is free of charge and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise specified.
- Limit of one complimentary inspection per vehicle during the campaign period.
- Chery Motor Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the campaign at any time without notice.
- Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.”
