Road Trip Ready Campaign Terms and Conditions

Campaign period

The Road Trip Ready campaign is valid from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026 (inclusive). Eligible bookings and inspections must be completed within this period.

The promoter is Chery Motor Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 28 662 958 205), Building F, Suite 2, 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138.

1. Eligibility

• Available to retail customers only.
• Excludes fleet, government, rental and commercial vehicles unless otherwise approved in writing by Chery Motor Australia.
• Applies to all eligible Chery vehicles (ICE, HEV, PHEV and BEV) sold through authorised Chery dealers in Australia, at participating dealers.

2. Included free services

• A FREE 28-point vehicle safety inspection performed by a participating authorised Chery service centre.
• A FREE software update check and installation, where available and applicable for the vehicle.
• The inspection covers key safety, maintenance and road trip preparedness items.

3. Cabin filter offer

• 50% off a replacement cabin filter, if the inspection finds replacement is required.
• The discount applies to the part only. Fitment charges apply.
• The cabin filter offer is only available on vehicles inspected during the campaign period.

4. Consumables, repairs and additional work

• Other than the cabin filter offer, any parts, consumables, fluids or repairs identified as necessary during the inspection are not included in the free offer.
• Customers will be given a quote before any additional work is carried out.
• No additional charges will be incurred unless the customer has given explicit confirmation and approval.

5. Exclusions

• This campaign does not cover accident damage, insurance work, or wear-and-tear repairs outside the inspection.
• The free inspection is not a substitute for scheduled servicing. Customers must continue to follow the manufacturer's service schedule to maintain vehicle warranty coverage.

6. Booking and availability

• Bookings are essential and subject to dealer workshop availability.
• Customers are encouraged to book early to secure a preferred time.
• Walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed.

7. Liability and warranty

• The safety inspection is a visual and functional inspection only and does not guarantee that all potential issues will be identified.
• To the extent permitted by law, Chery Motor Australia and participating dealers accept no liability for issues arising after the inspection unless directly related to dealer workmanship or existing warranty coverage.
• Standard vehicle warranty terms and conditions continue to apply.
• Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. General

• This offer cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise specified.
• Limit of one free inspection per vehicle during the campaign period.
• Chery Motor Australia reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the campaign at any time, subject to applicable law.
• Personal information is handled in line with the Chery Privacy Policy.
• Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
