This year, Chery has achieved significant breakthroughs in multiple areas, particularly highlighted by its impressive performance in the J.D. Power 2023 China Initial Quality Study (IQS), affirming Chery's leading position in the global automotive market.

Quality management reaches new heights with numerous honors in J.D. Power’s Studies In the J.D. Power 2023 China Initial Quality Study TIGGO 4 won top honors in the compact SUV category, respectively, underscoring Chery's excellence in quality control.

Additionally, the TIGGO 7 Pro Max and TIGGO 8 achieved top rankings in the mid-size economy SUV and mid-size SUV categories in the J.D. Power 2023 China Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study. These accolades further validate Chery's products' high market recognition and competitive edge. 

Behind this series of honors is Chery's ongoing commitment to strengthening product lifecycle quality management, aimed at providing customers with "zero defect" products and comprehensive service.

Improving Service Quality Continuously with User-Centric Approach

Chery adheres to a user-centered service philosophy, setting clear standards for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services to ensure consistent, high-quality service for users. In the J.D. Power 2023 China Customer Service Index (CSI) Study, Chery scored 767 points, ranking 6th in the industry and 4th among domestic brands, demonstrating its exceptional performance in user service. To further drive quality upgrades and global development, Chery has established a Quality Safety Committee to oversee quality matters and developed a quality management system covering the entire value chain. 

The company has also introduced the Chery Production System (CPS) to achieve systematic management across all production areas, providing global users with higher-quality automotive products.
